Our parents, caregivers, and friends of the school play a vital role in building our school community through organising events that bring people together, raising funds for projects and activities, and promoting open and constructive communication between the school and the community it serves. We value the contributions of our parents and friends and recognise the essential role they play in helping our students succeed.

Our meetings

Generally, we hold meetings on the second Monday of the month at 6:00pm (term-time only), in the MAC staffroom. All members of our school community are warmly invited to attend. Our proposed meeting dates for 2026 are:

• 9 November

Fundraising

We are raising funds for new chromebooks so more students can have access to a laptop. We are seeking volunteers to assist us with the following fundraisers

• 29 November 2025: Wānaka Fete 10am – 4pm
• 19 – 21 February 2026: Challenge Wānaka
• 21 March 2026: Ripe Festival

Secondhand uniform shop

Our secondhand uniform shop is open on the first Wednesday of every month from 3:20pm – 4:00pm. The shop is located in the area between the gym entrance and the canteen.  Proceeds from sales of secondhand uniforms help raise funds for the college. Uniform donations always welcome.
