Our parents, caregivers, and friends of the school play a vital role in building our school community through organising events that bring people together, raising funds for projects and activities, and promoting open and constructive communication between the school and the community it serves. We value the contributions of our parents and friends and recognise the essential role they play in helping our students succeed.

Our meetings

Generally, we hold meetings on the second Monday of the month at 6:00pm (term-time only), in the MAC staffroom. All members of our school community are warmly invited to attend. Our meetings for 2025 will be held on:

• 11 August
• 8 September
• 13 October
• 10 November

Fundraising

New adventure playground

We are raising funds for a new adventure playground for our students. Please help if you can by making a donation via the myKindo site. 

Winter raffle 2025

We are raffling three cubic metres of old man pine/gum mix firewood valued at $450. It’s ready to burn with free delivery within the Upper Clutha. Funds raised will go towards the purchase of new Chromebooks for students to hire or borrow. 

Raffle closes at 6pm on 22 July and the winner will be drawn at 1pm on 23 July. 

Thank you to the Wānaka and Districts Lions Club for its generous donation of the firewood.

Secondhand uniform shop

Our secondhand uniform shop is open on the first Wednesday of every month from 3:20pm – 4:00pm. The shop is located in the area between the gym entrance and the canteen.  Proceeds from sales of secondhand uniforms help raise funds for the college. Uniform donations always welcome.
